That way, a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points system (HACCP) have been settled, that allows to control at anytime the manipulation process of the products, securing its healthiness until it arrives in the hand of the client.
Among the certifications that recognize and endorse the guarantee of the products, stand out the ISO 9001:2000, the BRC (British Retail Consortium), the IFS (International Food Standard), or the Social Audit ETI Certificate.
