Exportaciones Císcar have introduced in its production process a computerised traceability system that allows realising the monitoring and control of its products, since the farmer until the supermarket.

When the fruit enters in the warehouse, it’s assigned an identification code automatically in which stay registered all the information of the correspondent harvest: Farmer, region of cultivating, person in charge of the harvest, date of the harvest.

All this data allows knowing at anytime the origin of the fruit.

This way, each prepared fruits pallet wear a traceability code, which allows to know, among other information: the finalization hour, the final weigh, the preparation applied on the fruit while passing through the line, the owner of the fruit used to realise the pallet…
